Express & Standard Delivery
Express Delivery is available for most Canadian metros and suburbs on eligible in-stock items from a nearby store. Standard Delivery serves locations across Canada. Orders are processed daily for Express and on weekdays for Standard, starting upon payment authorization.

Note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Final pricing and estimated delivery timelines are calculated and shown at checkout based on your postal code, the fulfillment point, and your order’s size and weight. Special Delivery Service for Large Items
This service handles oversized or overweight deliveries. The total cost and delivery estimate are provided at checkout, calculated from your postal code, the fulfillment location, and your order’s specifications. Processing begins after payment is authorized.

Please be aware that additional charges may apply for very large, heavy, or remote orders. If applicable, a representative will contact you about any surcharge before proceeding. Delivery is by scheduled appointment on weekdays and requires an adult to be present. We will call 1-2 days beforehand to arrange a time window, which is based on route planning and cannot be altered.

Our delivery provider is authorized to enter the delivery address to complete the service. A mandatory inspection occurs at delivery. By signing the acceptance form confirming the items are in satisfactory condition, you waive the right to claim damages for any issues that were reasonably discoverable at that time. If you note damage on the form, you must report it to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping fees for this service are also non-refundable. Convenient In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is always free. Most items can be sent to your chosen idealsdwelling.com store at no extra cost, though oversized items may incur a fee. Processing starts after payment authorization.

To use this option, select “Ship to Store” at checkout and pick your preferred location. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup during store hours. To collect your order, please present the pickup notification email (printed or digital), the payment card used, and a government photo ID. If another person is collecting the order, please provide their full name in the checkout notes. They must present the order number, the pickup notification email, and their photo ID.

A signature is required upon pickup to confirm receipt. Orders must be collected within 7 days of the ready-for-pickup confirmation. Unclaimed orders after this period will be returned, requiring a new order to be placed.
