Most of our idealsdwelling.com stores have free parking available for our customers.
We accept a variety of payment methods in our stores, including Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, and idealsdwelling.com gift cards.
idealsdwelling.com gift cards can be purchased at any of our store locations.
To find a store near you, use the store locator tool. Click on the “Stores” link located at the top or bottom of our website, enter your address, city, or postal code, and a list of nearby locations will be displayed. To check a specific store’s hours, click on the “Show Opening Hours” option.
Our website often features a larger selection, including WEB EXCLUSIVE items not available in stores. If you wish to know whether a specific item is in stock at a local store, you can use the “Check Store Inventory” feature on the product page. For the most current availability, we recommend contacting the store directly. If an item is not available in-store but is online, you can place an order through our website.
You can shop online from home and avoid shipping fees by choosing our in-store pick-up option. To do this, select the “ship to store” option in your shopping cart and choose your preferred location. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection. Please confirm your chosen store’s hours before visiting. When picking up, present the notification email (printed or digital), your order number, and a government-issued photo ID to a store associate.

Shopping Online at Idealsdwelling.com
When checking out, you can pay using any major credit card, such as Visa, American Express, or Mastercard.
Immediately after completing your online purchase, you should receive a confirmation email with all your order details, including the order number. You can also view your orders by logging into your account on idealsdwelling.com and clicking on “Order History.” If you checked out as a guest, you can still access your order information.
After an order has been submitted, changes cannot be made to it. To inquire about cancelling an order, please log into your account and select the order you wish to cancel. Please note that cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been shipped from our warehouse.

Currently, idealsdwelling.com gift cards can only be redeemed in our physical store locations.
Web exclusive items purchased online can be returned to any of our store locations or by mail to our warehouse. Please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility details.
Shipping & Order Pick Up
Order processing times in our warehouse can vary. All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We offer various delivery options. When shipping to your home, we provide tracked standard ground shipping via independent courier services. Orders designated for in-store pick-up are delivered via our own transport.
You can select the “ship to store” option during checkout to have your order delivered to your nearest store for pick-up, saving on shipping charges. Find your nearest store using the locator on idealsdwelling.com.
Once your order ships to your home, our courier service will send tracking details and delivery status updates to you via SMS or email. To track an order being shipped to a store, please check the information page on idealsdwelling.com or contact customer service.
When you arrive at the store to pick up your order, please present a printed or digital copy of your In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email, your order number, and a government-issued photo ID to a sales associate.
If you are sending someone else to pick up your order, please provide their full name in the “add a comment to your order” section during online checkout. Your representative will need to present their own government-issued photo ID, the order number, and the pick-up notification email. For security, they will be asked to sign a release form upon collection.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds for returned items are issued for the total purchase price plus applicable tax. The refund is processed once we verify the return at our warehouse. After processing, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account. If you have not seen the refund within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

idealsdwelling.com gift cards are available for purchase at all our store locations.
You may use a gift card to pay for items that are on promotion or markdown. However, promotional discounts do not apply to the purchase of the gift cards themselves.
Gift cards can currently be redeemed at any idealsdwelling.com store.
Text Messaging
idealsdwelling.com sends text messages to opted-in customers with information about orders, promotions, and contests.
To sign up, text JOIN to the designated short code. You will receive a prompt to confirm your subscription. By confirming, you agree to receive marketing text messages and validate your authority to consent for that number. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Signing up also confirms your agreement to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, available on idealsdwelling.com.
Signing up for our text service is free, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply depending on your plan.
To unsubscribe and stop receiving text messages at any time, text STOP to the same short code. You will be removed after confirming your phone number’s removal from our list. You may also submit an unsubscribe request by email to our customer service department. Please unsubscribe before changing or deactivating your mobile number.
